Account Settings

The Settings page is your central hub for managing every aspect of your Voidon account. Here, you can customize your personal information, manage security credentials, and configure your privacy preferences to suit your needs.

Profile

The Profile section allows you to manage your personal and organization details. Keeping this information up-to-date ensures smooth communication and accurate account association.

You can update the following attributes:

  • Name: Your full name, used for display purposes within the dashboard.
  • Email Address: The email address used for logging in and receiving important account notifications.
  • Organization: The name of your company or team. This helps in organizing team-related features in the future.
  • Response Quality Preference: This allows you to set a default preference for model responses, balancing between factors like speed, cost, and contextual accuracy. For example, you might choose "Highest Quality" for detailed tasks or "Fastest Response" for interactive applications.

Security

Maintaining the security of your account and integrations is critical. This section provides the tools to manage your credentials and access.

API Keys

  • Main Voidon API Key This is your primary key for authenticating with the Voidon API.

    • Copy: Easily copy the key to your clipboard for use in your applications.
    • Regenerate: Generate a new, unique API key.

    Warning: Regenerating Your Key is a Destructive Action

    When you regenerate your main API key, the old key is immediately and permanently invalidated. Any applications or services currently using the old key will fail to authenticate. You must update all of your integrations with the new key.

  • External Provider Keys Here you can securely store API keys from external endpoints (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). When you provide your own key, Voidon will use it to route requests to that provider on your behalf, allowing you to leverage your existing subscriptions and quotas through our unified platform.

Password Management

  • Change Password Update your account password regularly to keep your account secure. You will be required to enter your current password before setting a new one.

Privacy

We empower you to control your data. The Privacy section allows you to configure how your data is handled and manage your personal information.

Data Controls

  • Request Logging: Enable or disable the logging of your API requests and responses. Disabling logging can enhance privacy, but may limit our ability to help you debug issues.
  • Data Retention Policy: Configure the duration for which your logged data is stored. You can choose from predefined periods or set a custom retention policy to comply with your organization's standards.

Data Obfuscation

Enable automatic obfuscation to redact Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data from your logs. You can select from various obfuscation types to ensure that sensitive details are automatically scrubbed before being stored.

Data Management

  • Export Your Data Generate and download a complete archive of all your account data, including your profile information and request history (if logging is enabled).

  • Delete Your Account Permanently delete your account and all associated data from Voidon.

    This Action is Irreversible

    Account deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, your profile, API keys, and all other data will be erased and cannot be recovered.
